Dr. George Boehlert, from the NOAA-NMFS Pacific Fisheries Environmental Laboratory, leads the team working to integrate data obtained from tagged animals with oceanographic data. This includes visualizing animal migrations in the context of oceanographic features (e.g., water temperature or productivity), as well as incorporating data collected by tagged animals into existing oceanographic datasets.
