Are these turtle tracks?

I am one of three members of a Beachwatch team that surveys beaches for Gulf of the Farallones National Marine Sanctuary. We were in Pt. Reyes conducting our monthly survey of North Beach to Abbots Lagoon on 9/16, when we came across these tracks. They come up from the ocean to the berm and then disturbances appear in the berm. We then followed the tracks back down toward the ocean where we found one more disturbed area. The tracks then continued back to the ocean. Are these turtle tracks? -- Lin Renner, Beth Cataldo and Richard Ferris

The tracks are those of either an elephant seal or harbor seal (note the relatively tiny flipper marks in the sand). I've attached a leatherback track for comparison.
